In Pushkin State Russian Language Institute you can:
Gain a command of phonetics, grammar and vocabulary of the Russian language;
Gain an extensive cultural knowledge of the country;
Familiarize yourself with Russian literature;
Master the methods of teaching Russian and foreign language.
Students with a Bachelor’s degree may study for a Master’s degree (2 years), and those with a Master’s degree may study for a PhD (3 years). Doctoral courses are also available.
Diploma and Certificate of Pushkin State Russian Language Institute Certificate of High level preparation is given on completion of studies.
Course duration
Russian Language Programme from 1 to 10 months (from 01 September to 30 June)
Teacher Training Programme from 1 to 10 months (from 01 September to 30 June)

Doctoral Programme (PhD) 3 years
Classes are hold on weekdays (except state holidays):
Individual tuition from 8 hours per week
Group tuition 24 hours per week (provided there are no state holidays)
Residential fees two-room apartments with two-person occupancy in each room.

To enroll for the course of Russian Language you should:
send us, either by fax or by post, your completed application form and a photocopy of your passport not later than 2 months prior to the beginning of your courses;
upon receiving confirmation from the Institute, you must apply for a visa to the Consular Department of the Russian Embassy in your country;
bring with you a medical certificate and 6 photographs 3 x 4 cm.
